How do I place an order?
Simply go to the Hire Stuff page, click on the items you would like to hire, fill out the relevant information then pay using PayPal (you don’t even need a PayPal account). Alternatively you can e-mail me via the contact page and I can send an invoice.

Do you deliver and collect? Though what if I have not arrived...
This is for me to worry about not you! I will bring the items to you on your day of arrival and collect them on the day you depart. This is a free service on all orders over £15. A charge will be added on the shopping cart if the order is below this amount.

Which area do you cover?
Locally we cover all of the South Hams (Kingsbridge, Salcome, Modbury, Bigbury...) But due to securing an excellent firm for deliveries we can offer great prices for anywhere in the West Country, and possible beyond!

I would like something that is not on the site?
Give us a ring, if you think of something that we do not provide there is a strong chance at some point someone else would like it too...We will try and provide as much as we can within our limits, always worth asking though!

Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, deposits are required and details will follow the order in a confirmation e-mail. These are all returnable once the items have been collected in the same condition as left! If any accidents happen, as we all know they can, please contact us asap and we will deal with it, replacing item if need be.

I have arrived and need something today, what shall I do?
Give us a phone or e-mail or text and we’ll get back to you asap. As long as it is in stock we will endeavour to make sure we get it to you as soon as we can.

We are coming as a group and need lots of items, can we get discount?
We are always open to large orders and will of course look to doing a special deal! Also returning customers get special treatment!
